NOTICE: The Coventry Half Marathon – Sunday 27 April 2025

SUNDAY 27th April 2025 is The Coventry Half Marathon which means that you will need to plan regarding the road closures and your arrival. As in previous years please join in cheering (along the Birmingham Road – below the gazebo and the Stonehouse opposite) from 9:15am. Please keep the steps clear. We have some flags to wave and we’ve increased the play list for songs to belt out of the speaker so “500 miles” only appears a couple of times. By 10:15am some 2000 people would have run past and be grateful that All Saints left the building and encouraged them on. Chairs will be available for those who need them. Do come when you can.
There will be no 10am Service but the church and hall will be open during that time, from 9.30am onwards refreshments will be available. As usual there will be extra activities for children and adults in the hall.
It’s perfectly OK to stay for refreshments if the outside bit is too long, too cold or too impractical or if you can’t leave before others if you’ve been around outside and need to get home.
