Giving financially to the Church can be an important part of a Christian’s worship, and for visitors who make donations it is a practical way to show appreciation of the Church. Our activities and services are largely funded by donations and regular giving, for which we are extremely grateful.
The easiest way to give is through the Parish Giving Scheme. This allows us to claim Gift Aid if you’re a taxpayer and automates a lot of our accounting and booking keeping for us. You can give regularly or as a one-off.
Other ways to Give:
Bank Transfer
If you would prefer to give via a bank transfer, and you are a taxpayer, please complete a Gift Aid form which allows us to claim 25% extra on top of your donation. You can set up a regular transfer (sometimes called a standing order) online or in-branch.
The church bank account details are:
Name on account: Allesley Parochial Church Council
Sort code: 56-00-45
Account number: 00201456
Cash/ Contactless/Cheque
We have a plate for giving cash and a card machine for contactless giving, which you can set to your desired donation amount. These are available at all services. Cheques can be made out to ‘Allesley PCC’ and delivered to the Church Office.
